Included Warranty Coverage

90-Day Warranty

• Mechanical coverage up to $500
• Structural coverage up to $2,000
• 90 days from inspection or 22 days after closing (whichever comes later)
• $0 deductible
• Appliances and HVAC must be 10 years old or newer (11+ years not covered)

Mechanical Coverage Summary:
Plumbing: Water lines, faucets, water heaters, drain lines, gas lines.
Electrical: Main and secondary service panels and wiring.
Appliances: Oven, range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, trash compactor, garbage disposal.
HVAC: Furnace, air conditioner, thermostats.

Structural Coverage Summary:
Foundations, floor joists, wall members, roof leak repair (no shingle replacement), load-bearing walls, attached garage doors.

SewerGard

• Water supply line coverage up to $2,000 ($300 deductible)
• Waste line coverage up to $2,000 ($300 deductible)
• Free sewer scope extends coverage from 90 days to 6 months

Coverage Includes:
Water line from utility connection to interior shutoff.
Sewer line from home exterior wall to utility connection or septic tank.

MoldSafe

• Mold chemical treatment coverage up to $2,000 ($300 deductible)
• 90 days from inspection or 22 days after closing

Covers new visible mold not noted during the inspection. Removal only — not replacement. Does not cover mold from floods, water intrusion, or insurable events.

5-Year Roof Warranty

• Roof leak repairs up to $3,000
• $500 deductible per leak

Covers leak repairs due to normal wear and tear only. Does not cover defects noted during inspection, roof replacement, or damage from insured perils.
